DR. DORRI JACOBS
FOUNDER and DIRECTOR
A consultant, mediator, trainer and internationally published journalist, Dorri works with individuals as a mentor, coach and guide. Best known for expertise in change, she's the author of Your Personal Program For Managing Change audiotapes, Change: How To Live With, Manage, Create And Enjoy It, and Priorities. Dorri's NY Metro Society of Professionals in Dispute Resolution secretary, an IMCR Dispute Resolution Center mediator, as well as a mediator and arbitrator for the National Association of Security Dealers. Clients include: The Equitable, U. S. Army, AIDS Institute, American Management Association, A T & T, Siecor Corp, Hiram Walker & Sons, Inc., Republic National Bank and Rutgers University.
Her B.A. and M.A. are from Brooklyn College, C.U.N.Y., her Ed. D. from Teachers College, Columbia University. She taught at Empire State College School of Labor Studies, The New School for Social Research, University of Bridgeport, NY Open Center, YWCA Women's Center, New York University, Fairleigh Dickinson University and Queensborough Community College. An Experiential Therapist (American Association of Artist-Therapists) and a Reiki II practitioner, she trained with Herbert Otto at the National Center for the Exploration of Human Potential in San Diego. The arts balance her life: collaborating with musicians as a lyricist and exhibiting photographs.

AMY GAN
Amy Gan has over 15 years of international experience with multinationals in the U.S., Asia-Pacific and Eastern Europe, including 7 years in global high-tech and telecommunications. Downsizing, multiple layoffs and company transitions in a volatile dot.com industry influenced Amy to change career to work that involved spirituality, which has always been an important part of her life.
A metaphysical practitioner, Amy provides spiritual counseling and guidance. She is a certified meditation facilitator who works with a variety of holistic healing methods such as Chinese herbalism, Mayan medicine and Holographic Memory Resolution.TM A multicultural/multilingual and eclectic background introduced her to many religious philosophies, such as Buddhism, Taoism, Gnosticism, Hermetic Wisdom, Sufi Wisdom, Christianity, Islam, indigenous Shamanism of the Far East and Americas. Amy is completing training for ordainment as an Interfaith minister. She is working on a Master of Arts, in Spiritual and Pastoral Care, at Loyola College, in Baltimore.

KEVIN DOLAN
Kevin Dolan has over 24 years of experience in advertising, Wall Street, banking and utilities, with accomplishments in global executive development, team building, succession planning, design and implementation of international training and managing change programs.
Until recently, he was Managing Director of Mainstream Access, Inc.'s New York office and responsible for marketing, management, counseling and workshops. At J. Walter Thompson, Mr. Dolan served as senior vice president and director of personnel with responsibility for global team building, international manpower planning, senior executive training and development, for a staff of 7,000 in 40 countries. During a long tenure at Citicorp, he managed worldwide relocation services, manpower planning, recruitment, selection, salary and benefits programs. He also held corporate human resources positions at Shearson Lehman Brothers and Con Edison of New York.
Mr. Dolan currently heads the Chrysalis Group, a unique service offering distinctive counselling options to senior level corporate executives.
He launched twice-a-month networking groups for unemployed executives through the American Association of Advertising Agencies, and semi-annual half-day programs on job search strategies for Manhattan College Alumni and friends. A former adjunct professor at Marymount Manhattan College, he is past president of the Manhattan College Alumni Society and an ex-officio member of the Board of Trustees of Manhattan College. His B.B.A (cum laude) is from Manhattan College, in industrial management and psychology his MBA from Fordham University, in Executive Management.
ROSEMARY ERICKSON
Rosemary Erickson has an extensive background as a business consultant to major corporations blended with practical knowledge gained through NYU Career and Life Planning Certificate program and various metaphysical programs. Her consulting work involves needs analysis, assessment, planning, communications, project management and implementation. She also does individual and group counseling.
Ms. Erickson has a Bachelors in Business Administration with a major in Marketing, a Bachelors of Metaphysical Science and a Master of Metaphysical Science. She studied and interned as a Practitioner of Science of Mind, and also studied Focusing under Eugene Gendlin of the Focusing Institute. She trained with Kate Wendleton of the the Five O'Clock Club and David Campbell in Interest and Skills Surveys, the Organizational Survey, Leadership Index and the Team Development Survey.
MOLLY HANCHEY
For over two decades, Molly Hanchey has been involved in spiritual transformation and consciousness, both personally as well as for the larger community. She has worked quietly to shift awareness--by providing professional business development services exclusively to individuals and organizations devoted to mind-body-spirit-consciousness, and especially spirituality in business. That's how Molly became an advisor: She sent this message to the Foundation for Ethics and Meaning newsgroup, "On a daily basis I encounter people in despair and hopelessness. DARALEE SCHULMAN, M.A.
Daralee Schulman is a stress, time and clutter management consultant and a professional organizer who coaches clients on decluttering, organizing and changing habits. She serves as coordinator of Off-Campus Programs at Cornell University New York State School of Industrial and Labor Relations.
Ms. Schulman has been a member of the faculty of Omega Institute, the New York Open Center, New York University, The Learning Annex and the YWCA Women's Center. Her background is in education and counseling.
A New York City resident, Ms. Schulman received her M.A. in counseling from New York University. She is frequently interviewed by the media about her work.
EMILE ROBERTS
Emile Roberts is Director of Special Field Projects, Office of Admission Services at the City University of New York. Involved here with outreach, recruitment and staff development, he brings solid assessment and analytical methods, a strong training background, business management skills and extensive consulting experience to this work.
Mr. Roberts is also Vice President for Business Development of Education and Career Development Associates, Inc. ECDA, which plans educational initiatives for minority youth, has a long client list. It includes American Health Foundation, National Association of Black Counselors, New York City Public Schools, U.S. Department of Treasury, U.S. Navy, Chase Manhattan Bank, N.A., American Society for Training and Development, African American Group for Equity in Education.
PAUL H. TOBIAS
Paul. H. Tobias is the senior partner in the law firm of Tobias Knaus & Torchia in Cincinnati, Ohio. He is the author of Job Rights & Survival Strategies: A Handbook for Terminated Employees (National Employee Rights Institute) and numerous articles in the field of labor and employment law, and a three-volume Litigation and Wrongful Discharge Claims (Callaghan Company, 1987).
Mr. Tobias is a graduate of Harvard College (A.B. 1951) and Harvard Law School (LL.B. 1958).
He is the co-founder and chairman of the National Employee Rights Institute (NERI) and founder of the National Employment Lawyers Association (NELA).
